Day 1 - Wednesday 14 July 2027

Arrival in Edinburgh

Arrive in Edinburgh and check into your hotel for a three-night stay. Once settled, the rest of the day is free to explore the city at your own pace. 

Head to the Old Town, walking along the Royal Mile and visiting some of the city’s historic streets and shops to get a flavour of this great city. Princes Street Gardens is also nearby and offers a pleasant place to gaze at Edinburgh Castle. Dinner can be enjoyed at one of the city’s many pubs or restaurants, offering traditional and contemporary options. 

Day 2 - Thursday 15 July 2027

The 155th Open Championship - Day 1

After breakfast, travel to StAndrews to attend the opening day of the 155th Open Championship. The home of golf is a true test of man versus nature and your place for the opening round is guaranteed as the journey begins to become Champions golfer. 

Following play, return to Edinburgh to explore the city at night. Head to New Town to enjoying a relaxed drink, or dine at a restaurant of your choice to relive a memorable day.

Day 3 - Friday 15 July 2027

The 155th Open Championship - Day 2

After breakfast, return to StAndrews for day two of The 155th Open. The wind and the dunes will start to make their mark as the cut looms. The best players will begin to make their mark and you will be able to see the drama unfold across the course.  

Later in the day, travel back to Edinburgh for your final evening. You may choose to enjoy a farewell dinner, visit a whisky bar, or simply take in the city atmosphere before your departure the following day.

Day 4 - Saturday 16 July 2027

Final Morning & Check-Out

Check out of your Edinburgh hotel and soak up a final taste of the city’s iconic charm – wander historic streets, enjoy a last leisurely bite, and reflect on an unforgettable St And Andrews Open experience before heading home.
